As many of our items are made to order or personalised just for you, we need a little time to prepare them.

This is the time it takes for us to design, make, and package your order before we hand it over to Royal Mail. Please note that processing time is in addition to the delivery time.
Delivery Options (UK)
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries to ensure a reliable and tracked service.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48)

- Estimated Arrival: Approximately 48 hours (2 working days) after dispatch.

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 24)
- Cost: £4.50
- Estimated Arrival: Approximately 24 hours (1 working day) after dispatch.

Free Delivery
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £40.00. This will be automatically applied at checkout when your basket meets the threshold.
Please note: Royal Mail aims to deliver within these timeframes, but they are not guaranteed. During busy periods (such as Christmas), delivery may take slightly longer.
Returns & Exchanges

Personalised & Custom Items
Because these items are made specifically for you with your unique text or details, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Is there a problem with your order? If your personalised item arrives damaged, or if we have made a mistake with your customisation, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to put it right.
Standard (Non-Personalised) Items
For non-personalised items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
